The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, is looking for additional sources who can provide Field Effect Transistors (FET) (Fujitsu Part Numbers FLM3450-8B and FLM4450-8B) for the Pioneer Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) Program. The Pioneer UAV currently uses Power Conditioning Units (PCUs) which contain FETs that are no longer manufactured but are still needed to repair existing PCUs. No other suitable substitute parts are acceptable. Only the above part numbers will be purchased. All parties that have or will have the FETs should submit the following information: technical brochures and reference material pertaining to your company's ability to supply the specified FETs; number of FETs available of either part number; amount of time for delivery; past sales and performance information for both Government and Commercial sales; and any other additional information that could be useful in determining your company's ability to meet the requirements.
