NASA/LeRC plans to issue a Request for Offer for the fabrication of one (1) Liquid Oxygen Pump System and one (1) Liquid Hydrogen Pump System for NASA's Densification Experiment for the X-33. Each will be a horizontal centrifugal pump driven by an electric motor. Documentation and Installation Support shall be required The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 3561 and 500 employees, respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO-C9. The provisions and clauses in the RFO and model contract are those in effect through FAC 97-46. All qualified responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
