The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure the following peculiar support equipment in support of the SH-2G(E): AGE Hydraulic Test Stand, Electric, P/N 9780-0129, NSN 2VX 4920-01-056-3111. To insure compatibility with the couplings that will be provided with the SH-2G (E) aircraft (i.e TB300554-8D and B 3005 52-16D), the hydraulic test stand must be provided with the following quick disconnect hose couplings: T15051-85 and T150SI-12D. The proposed acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure these items on a sole source basis from AAI/ACL Technologies, Santa Ana, CA. Firms that recognize and produce the required items described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. (0282)
