Conway, Contracting Officer, 202-268-2102 The U.S. Postal Service is conducting a limited competition between TransWorld Signs, Inc. and Adams Signs, Inc. for its old/current interior signage for the Postal Retail Store program. The resultant contract shall serve as a bridge contract until the final documents for a new interior signage is ready for release. A full competition shall occur at that time. It is anticipated that the period of performance of the resultant contract shall be from the time of award through 06/30/98. The Postal Service reserves the option to extend the resultant contract's period of performance for two 3-month periods in the event more time is needed in the development of said documents.
