Conway, Contracting Officer, 202-268-2102 The U.S. Postal Service is conducting a limited competition between TransWorld Signs, Inc. and Adams Signs, Inc. for its exterior signage for the Postal Retail Store, Post Office Express and Corporate Relations programs. The resultant contract shall serve as a bridge contract until the final documents for a new exterior signage are ready for release. A full competition shall occur at that time. It is anticipated that the period of performance of the resultant contract shall be from the time of award through 06/30/98. The Postal Service reserves the option to extend the resultant contract's period of performance for two 3-month periods in the event more time is needed in the development of said documents.
