Building No. 2 consists of a basement, first and second floors with each floor consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet. The building has an existing HVAC system but it provides inadequate air and is non-compliant with FVPA. Selection will be based on the following criteria: Recent specialized experience of firm in type of work required; professional capacity of the firm to accomplish the contemplated work within the time and cost limitations; recent experience of the firm in the design; professional qualification of the staff, subcontractor, and consultants to be assigned to the project. The estimated construction cost is $1,000,000. Firms desiring consideration shall submit appropriate SF 254 and 255 no later than close of business November 7, 1997.
