The USDA Forest Service intends to use Brooks Act short selection procedures, per FAR 36.602-5, for the following: professional engineering and hydrology services related to the design of bank stablization and fish habitat enhancement structures for a 4000 foot reach on Iron Creek. The goal is to ensure protection of Forest Road (FR) #7600 bridge over Iron Creek and restoration of the stream (sediment delivery, bank stability and fish habitat structures). This project shall consist of, but not limited to: data collection, site survey, design, development of construction plans/specifications, construction management of implementation of project design by design personnel, and technology transfer to Forest Service personnel.
