Design considerations will include, but not necessarily be limited to Structure, Roof, Walls and doors, Suspended Ceilings, Floor coverings, communications including telephones, computer systems, alarms, etc., heating, ventilation and air conditioning, fire alarms, fire sprinklers, continued Medical Center operation during construction. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: (1) specialized experience of the firm with the type of work requires; (2) past record of performance on similar contracts; (3) Geographic location and facilities of the working office; and (4) Specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project. Area of consideration is restricted to firms within a 250 mile radius of Fayetteville, AR. Firms desiring consideration should submit an SF 254 and SF 255 on or before November 10, 1997.
