the statement of work for the subject Request for Comment (RFC): This
will be a mission-oriented, non personal services contract to support
the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Information Technology
(IT) systems engineering by providing the Agency with computer
application systems design, development, test, implementation and
modification/enhancement services and support. This contract will also
support the Agency's central information resource management (IRM)
function through implementation and coordination of consistent
technical operating practices in the performance of the task orders
which are issued. The full statement of work can be accessed on EPA's
public access server at the link indicated below. WordPerfect and PDF
versions of the document will be available. Please note: Only the
statement of work, not a full RFC, is provided with this request for
comment. Written comment must be received by EPA no later than November
10, 1997. EPA does not intend to issue hard copies of the statement of
work. All written comments should be sent to the following address:
