Furnish all labor, transportation, and incidentals necessary to plan, organize, and implement two collaborative stewardship seminars within the state of Alaska. The purpose of the seminars is to introduce key collaborative stewardship approaches and resources and to challenge participants to begin finding ways to bring people of diverse perspectives together and work towards acceptable decisions. The Contractor shall act as host and conduct two seminars of approximately 2-1/2 days in length during the period mid-February to mid-March 1998.
