HUD requires multifamily construction inspection services for all geographic areas within Florida and Georgia. The contractor will participate in pre-construction conferences and related meetings, make periodic inspections, and approve progress payments for multifamily housing projects being constructed under the National Housing and the National Affordable Housing Acts. For purposes of this procurement, the States are subdivided into local areas. HUD contemplates multiple indefinite delivery, requirements contracts as a result of this solicitation. The Contractor shall provide all required services to include labor, material, and transportation at a fixed price per inspection/visit. The contract will be for one year with two one-year options.
