SP -- VIRTUAL PRIME VENDOR This Special Notice is to Amend BAA SPO410-97-V-0004 posted on September 11, 1997. Concepts submitted under this BAA should be directed to DSCR business areas only, with an emphasis on Aviation Systems managed by this center. The basic BAA will remain open for five (5) years to elicit innovative solutions. This BAA may periodically have specific closing dates as may be cited on resultant addenda, whereby any vendor may offer new logistics approaches to specific areas of DSCR interest. Addenda may be periodically published for customers who have specific needs or requirements. These addenda will include statements of function and current performance for the specific customer (site). Performance periods may vary at each site and therefore will be detailed in the subsequent addenda to this announcement. Each addendum will provide instruction on who to contact at DSCR and how to obtain a copy of the Proposal Information Package (PIP). The PIP will contain tailored description of the customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
