Nutter, CONTRACT SPECIALIST (304)529-5262 The work consists essentially of building and grounds maintenance for Bluestone Lake, Hinton, West Virginia. Approximate time of performance will be for a base year with four additional one year option periods. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A) Experience; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment. Contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a Technical/Price competitive range. A pre-proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for December 1, 1997, at 10:00 a.m. at Bluestone Lake. Total contract shall not exceed $638,000.00.
