Provide instructor to teach the Dispensing Optician Program and to assist in placement for program graduates on the Jacobs Creek Job Corps Center. This includes all supervision, labor, transportation of Contractor's personnel and incidentals, other than those provided by the Government, necessary to successfully provide the Dispensing Optician Program. This solicitation consists of a base year plus four (4) possible option years. The project is located at the Jacobs Creek Civilian Conservation Center, approximately 18 miles south of Bristol, TN, off U.S. Highway 421 South, 2 miles on Denton Valley Road.
