This is a presolicitation notice titled "Construction of Flightline Shelters", Combat Readiness Training Center, Gulfport, Mississippi and is composed of the construction of three (3) 620 SF flightline shelters. Three hundred (300) SF of each shelter will be male/female latrines. Remaining area is open. Entire shelter is covered by standing seam metal roof. Building is concrete block with brick facing. There will be large amounts of concrete demolition to install water/sewer lines. Plans and specifications are not yet available. Construction dollar range is $250,000 to $500,000 under SIC 1522 (General Construction). Construction timeframe is six (6) months. When responding, indicate size status. There will be a non-refundable $50.00 deposit for each set of plans and specifications to be made out to the U.S. Treasury.
