The work is briefly described as follows: Replace 108 housing units. Includes demolition, site grading, replacement upgrade of utilities and pavements, & construction of new housing units. Proves all needed amenities such as parking, garages, storage, patios, fencing, tot lots, recreations areas, parks, lights, and trails. Includes demolition & disposal of abestos, and lead based paints. The specifications and drawings will specify work in detail. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1521. The magnitude of this project is over 10,000,000.00. The total contract performance period is 365 calendar days. This solicitation is unrestricted. Interested firms should respond as early as possible but no later than 10 Nov 97. Plans and specifications will be furnished on a first come first serve basis. The cost of the IFB is $200.00 (non refundable) via certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to (FSO -- Vandenberg AFB) Payment shall be submitted with request for IFB package.
