The work is briefly as replace 108 housing units. Includes demolition, site grading, replacement upgrade utilities, and pavements, & construction of new housing units. Provides all needed amenities such as parking, garages, storage, patios, fencing, tot lots, recreations areas, parks, lights, and trails. Includes demolition and disposal of asbestos, and lead based paints. The specifications and drawings will specify work in detail. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1521. The small business size standard for concern, including its affliliates, is not to exceed 17 million in average annual receipts for its preceding 3 fiscal years. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The total contract performance is 365 calendar days after issuance ofnotice to proceed. Plans and specifications will be furnished on a first come first serve basis.
