Description of Work: This project is to provide all work necessary to design and construct a 17,000 square foot addition to the Corps of Engineers Headquarters, Building 21-700 on Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. The work includes all site work, visitor parking, landscaping, water, sewer, electrical, telephone utilities, and steam line upgrade required for the new structure. The work also includes the necessary demolition/remodeling of the existing building to interface with the new building. Also included is the repair of the existing roof, and the repair/renovation of the air handling in the existing Corps of Engineers Headquarters, Building 21-700. Responders are advised that the requirements may be delayed, cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and/or final award process based on decisions related to DOD changes and disposition of the Armed Services.
