The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service will be soliciting for proposals for Endodontic Dental Services from interested providers. The acquisition is released as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor must possess a license to practice Endodontic dentistry. Services to be provided to IHS beneficiaries who are provided services at the Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna Service Unit. All proposals will be accepted and considered by the Government. A fixed price contract will be awarded for a base year and three, one-year options for renewal. No more than 48, 8-hour clinic days per contract year to be provided by the contractor. Prospective contractor must possess a current and unrestricted license to practice Endodontic dentistry in any one of the 50 states within the United States, and must possess current medical malpractice insurance.
