INDUSTRY BRIEFING FOR POSSIBLE OUTSOURCING UNDER THE COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES OMB CIRCULAR A-76 Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division(NAWCWPNS), at Point Mugu, CA. has an acquisition for operation and maintenance services in support of various aerial and seaborne target systems. The acquisition will be conducted as a Cost Comparison Study as prescribed by OMB Circular A-76 for the Performance of Commercial Activities. The acquisition will be set-aside for Small Business Concerns under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 8711. At a future date, Solicitation (RFP N68936-97-R-0253), which includes the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted in its entirety on the internet. The PWS is comprised of 6 sections, numbered C-1 through C-6.
