Postal Service is soliciting proposals to replace the cooling coils in nineteen (19) air handling systems, clean the air handling systems in the BMC and GMF, and rebalance all the affected air handling systems at the Springfield, MA BMC/GMF at 190 Fiberloid St. The estimated cost of the work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00, with completion within 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on November 12, 1997. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made. Proposal documents, plans and specifications will be available o/a October 10, 1997 at a cost of $50.00 per set (non-refundable) from the Facilities Service Office, U. S. Postal Service, 6 Griffin Road North, Windsor, CT 06006-0300. Certified checks or money orders only, made payable to the Disbursing Officer, U. S.
