The intention of the Government is to award a requirements contract. Estimated period of performance is one year with two one-year option periods. Estimated cost of construction for the basic year and the two one-year option periods is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This action is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Project requirements will be available on or about 24 Oct 97. Estimated bid opening date is 25 Nov 97.
