Some material is 3X explosive contaminated so all bidders must be certified and approved. A $50,000 cash or certified check bid deposit must accompany your bid. Minimum insurance requirements for a) workman's compensation -- statutory, b) employer's liability, c) general liability, d) automobile liability are $1,000,000 for each classification (of the occurrence type).
