The U.S. Special Operations Command intends to issue a Time and Materials delivery order against Blanket Ordering Agreement DAAJ-09-95-G-0018 with Boeing Defense & Space Group for MH-47E Training Courseware Revision Service. Boeing will provide configuration control and update/revision service of courses to the U.S. Army. The revision services shall consist of MH-47E Training Courseware to reflect Technical Publication efforts for Group I (BGAD I, MWO, Configuration Control and 2028's) and any other changes to the MH-47E Aircraft. The intended source is Boeing Defense and Space Group, Helicopters Division. Boeing developed and manufactured the MH-47E and MH-47D helicopters. Boeing possess requisite engineering expertise and technical data to develop the MH47E Training Courseware. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals recieved within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government, See Note 22. (0287)
