Cunningham, 304-726-5047 The work consists of grading, paving, building structure, security access gates, mechanical and electrical systems, to construct a new security headquarters Building 415. The building will be 44' x 50' consisting of concrete block, structural steel, metal roof deck, and EPDM roofing. Mechanical work will include heating and air conditioning, fire protection and plumbing. Electrical work consists of lighting and general power supply. Estimate range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and duration is 240 calendar days. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about November 15, 1997. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors. $35 non-refundable fee payable to Alliant Techsystems must be submitted with written request to obtain plans and specifications.
