Pierce Inlet. The material will come from a borrow area 3.5 miles southeast of project site. There is an environmental window for the completion of this project. Selection will be based on price and other factors. Evaluation factors are as follows: (1) Ability to complete Dredging within the Environmental Window. (2) Past Performance (3) Extent of subcontracting with Small and Small Disadvantaged Businesses. (4) Price. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
