The repairs designed to provide a short-term fix (one-year), and will not involve a roof replacement. Interested offerors are encouraged to attend a site visit to be conducted the week of 20 October 1997; specific instructions for the site visit to be conducted the week of 20 October 1997; specific instructions for the site visit will be available by phoning POC above on or after 20 October. Offerors will be requested to provide alternate solutions to effect repairs.
