This is a Request For Proposal (RFP) and requires the submission of technical and price proposals. Price and technical are of equal value. The technical criteria consists of 1) Corporate Experience and Resources, 2) Project Management, and 3) Support of Small Business in the performance of the contract. Plans and Specifications will be available on 11/14/97. Proposal Due Date is 12/15/97. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come first serve basis. No charge will be made for the first set of specifications available to each requestor. Estimated cost range $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This project is not set aside for small business concerns.
