Building 50 is a single story building with a standing seam metal roof (approx. 8800 sq.ft). There are three (3) roof mounted HVAC units, two (2) 48" x 48" sky-lights and two (2) 96" x 48" skylights, ten (10) 2" vent pipes, and a roof access hatch located on the roof. The project will also require the removal of two areas of sheet metal patching (spanning two standing seam sections). The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a Small Business Set Aside concern. There is no charge for this project.
