This roof will have a 3/4" of insulation and a modified bitumen roof membrane with a grandular surface. The roof drainage will be rerouted from the interior to the exterior sides of the building. Drain pipes and rotted wood decking existing above ground with roofing and insulation will be demolished. Contract completion is 360 days. Contract price is between $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000. Plans and specifications should be available on or about 13 December 1997 and will be distributed until the supply is exhausted. Bid Date is only an estimated date.
