Contractor shall be required to make a site visit to the Kennedy Center's Lamp Room to inventory stock three (3) times a year (January, May & September); complete an order form that will bring all stock up to required levels; and upon written approval by the Kennedy Center, ship authorized quantities to the Kennedy Center. The total estimated amount is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
