set-aside for small business. Contractor shall be required to make a
site visit to the Kennedy Center's Lamp Room to inventory stock three
(3) times a year (January, May & September); complete an order form
that will bring all stock up to required levels; and upon written
approval by the Kennedy Center, ship authorized quantities to the
Kennedy Center. The total estimated amount is between $250,000.00 and
$500,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be
considered by the agency. In order to comply with Debt Collection
Improvement Act of 1996, effective October 1, 1997, all contractors
must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be
