SUPPORT CENTER, MFOREMAN@PSC.DHHS.GOV. The Program Support Center has
a requirement for the District of Columbia, Department of Health,
Addiction Prevention and Recovery Administration (APRA) for inpatient
substance addiction treatment services for youths of the District of
Columbia between the ages of 12 and 18. Multi-level services are to be
provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for up to 120 days.
Services shall be provided in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area,
and shall include room and board; assessment and treatment planning;
rehabilitation and support services; crisis intervention services;
educational and career planning services; and social and recreational
skills training. The provider must be Medicaid certified. The term of
this requirement is anticipated to be 60 months (base period and option
periods). A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued seeking
organizations to provide the services. The RFP will be available
approximately fifteen (15) days after issuance of this notice. The
closing date will be approximately thirty (30) days after issuance of
the RFP. Requests for RFP Number 213-98-1001 must be submitted in
