The Army has a requirement to obtain depot level repair technical assistance and training for the AN/FPN-66 Radar Surveillance Central. The effort required will be for one (1) base year and four(4) option years with Wilcox Electric Inc, currently delivering support under contract DAAB07-95-D-B755. Technical and depot level support will be CONUS/OCONUS on an as needed basis via delivery orders. Wilcox is the sole manufacturer of the subject items and support equipment. The Army does not have the necessary test equipment and proprietary data required to perform depot level repair and technical assistance. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which wlll be considered. (0289)
