Nonpersonal services and material to inspect and recondition the Pensacola Whirl Tower two 2500 hp DC General Electric motors for a whirl tower being relocated from Naval Air Station Pensacola to the Army Depot at Corpus Christi. Services will be performed at the awarded contractor's facility, which must have climate-controlled space in which to refurbish and store the engines until the Depot is ready to receive them. The award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures.
