Interested parties must notify Mr. Mike Carroll in writing, no later than November 1, 1997 of their intent to attend the conferences scheduled from November 10, through November 14, 1997 and the second conference is tentatively scheduled for December 3 through December 5, 1997. Interested parties must attend both sessions. Notices of intent to attend must include the participant's name, organization, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and a brief (one paragraph) resume of their experience and their primary area of interest.
