A competitive 8(a) requirement is still contemplated for qualified 8(a) firms under Standard Industrial Code (SIC) code 1799 that are serviced by the SBA Denver District Office only. Offers from 8 (a) firms not serviced by the aforementioned office will not be considered. Nonpersonal services are being sought for the maintenance of military family housing and dormitory units at Peterson AFB CO. At a minimum, offerors will be required to submit technical, management, and cost proposals and may be required to perform one-on-one interviews with the Government. The Government contemplates issuing a solicitation on or about 30 October 1997, conducting a site visit on 12 November 1997, and awarding a fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with incentive fee in mid-February 1998.
