The contractor must possess an in-depth knowledge of organizational development, group dynamics and management principles. The contractor shall possess a minimum of five (5) years experience analyzing and advising for profit and not-for-profit organizations on management and structural issues as well as advising and training managers on matters pertaining to supervision and communication. The contractor must be familiar with the psychological implications of organizational change. It is necessary for the contractor to have knowledge of the Holocaust in the ethical and pragmatic psychological dynamics. Award will be made for one (1) year.
