WEB-BASED ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING The Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) will implement web-based electronic contracting on or about 27 October 1997. At that time, solicitations will be posted on the AMCOM homepage via the Worldwide Web. Procurements with technical data packages (TDPs) adequate for full and open competition will be available to vendors through one of three ways: (1) viewing, (2) downloading, or (3) on-line ordering of CDROM(s).
