The base period is on or about 1 January 1998 through 31 December 1998 and includes four one (1) year option periods. This invitation for bid is being issued on an unrestricted basis. THE STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION NUMBER IS 7381 AND THE BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $9 MILLION. VENDORS MUST INDICATE THEIR BUSINESS SIZE ON EACH SOLICITATION.
