Item (2), Develop survey instruments. Item (3), Develop a mail out survey and analysis strategy for the project. This procurement is a follow on to an existing contract and is considered unique and complex in nature. Therefore there is a reasonable basis to conclude that the supplies/services required are only available from this source with unique capabilities, and no other type of supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract period is from date of award through September 30, 1998. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, but all quotations received within the due date for receipt of quotations shall be considered. (0289)
