Loader should offer power steeringand torque converter-power shift transmission. The maximum ground level carrying capacity of 24,264 pounds and a raised capacity of 12,031 pounds. Raise time: 5.8 sec, dump time: 1.4 sec, lower time: 3.2 sec. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Loaders should be delivered to Bldg 3457 Andrews Air Force Base at 7:30 am, 15 Nov 97 and picked up 4 p.m., 27 Feb 98.
