Request for contractor to furnish all manpower, equipment, and material resources as necessary to provide and operate a Contractor furnished automated fuel dispensing facility on Government furnished property located at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The automated dispensing facility will consist of fuel dispensing pumps with the capability to fuel a minimum of 50 vehicles and equipment (100 gallon capacity) per hour with JP-8, diesel and/or unleaded gasoline. Associated dispensing storage at the facility will consist of above ground storage tans for Government provided product, JP-8 (aviation grade), unleaded gasoline and diesel. One automated bulk truck loading rack for three Government provided products, JP-8, unleaded gasoline and diesel. The facility shall be capable of top loading and bottom loading operations, overfill protection, spill containment, issue meters and filter/separator vessels. Vehicle overall dimensions range from approximately 20 ft. to 80 ft. long X 4 ft. wide X 13.7 ft. high.
