The preferred area is within one-half mile north or south of the existing West Chazy Post Office which is located on NYS Route 22. Space requirements are for either existing space of about 3,000 sf with 14 customer parking spaces, 14 employee spaces and 2 handicapped spaces or, for a new construction leased facility, about 3,000 sf on a site size of about 44,521 sf, with the same prking as above. The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options for new construction and ten years with four five-year renewal options for existing or renovated space. Proposals will be received through November 28, 1997, and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and in accordance with official advertisement for space.
