Building 61 is an historic structure (approximately 90,000 SF) and the renovation will maintain/highlight the building's historic elements. Specific items of work include the demolition and relocation of interior partitions; installation of new lighting; installation of new ceilings, doors and casework; mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems upgrades; installation of new communications and audio visual systems; and upgrades of interior finishes. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. -- Large business firms are required to submit a Subcontracting Plan.
