The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate with Northrop Grumman Corporation, 609 South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, New York 11714, for the procurement approximately four E-2C Aircraft and associated support equipment, logistics, sustaining engineering, spare and repair parts, repair and/or modification of government furnished property, and data. Northrop Grumman is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the E-2C Aircraft and the only source with the requisite knowledge, facilities, information and expertise to accomplish this effort.
