The Government will negotiate with only one source, Hughes Technical Services, Incorporated. The information contained on the drawings/specifications is proprietary to Hughes Technical Services. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 3812 and the size standard is 750 employees or less. Delivery is required 45 days after contract award for the total repair, FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN. Inspection and acceptance of the repaired unit(s) shall be performed by a representative of DCMC at source, prior to shipment. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
