potential sources for the manufacture, integration and testing of
Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Electro-optics+ (EO+)
Stations. The pending "full and open" competitive solicitation will
contain a base year plus four options (firm fixed price) for an
estimated total quantity of 34 EO+ Stations. The EO+ Stations shall be

Technical Data Package (TDP). The EO+ configuration consists of an
Electro-optics Subsystem+ (EOSS+) integrated with a CASS Hybrid Station

procurement. The EO+ TDP is comprised of Source Control Drawings for
the major EOSS+ components developed by Northrop Grumman Corporation,

Meadows, IL 60008 and Northrop Grumman propriety software. A successful
contractor will be required to manufacture EO+ first article units and
demonstrate successful integration with a CASS Hybrid Station before
the manufacture of additional EO+ units is authorized. Contractors

within twenty (20) days by submitting a short paper (not to exceed 10

following areas: automated test equipment (ATE)/CASS manufacture,
integration and testing; ATE/CASS program management; ATE/CASS
