This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ No. 259672). The solicitation clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-01. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 3663. This requirement is set aside for small businesses, the size standard is 750 employees. The Food and Drug Administration's (FDA"s) Office of Criminal Investigations has a requirement for the following: 1) 93 Basic Dispatch Radio Services; Headquarter (Rockville); District Office (Calverton); District Office (Jersey City, NJ;) District Office (Boston) and District Office (Buffalo), 2) 93, Over the Air Charge per Radio Services, 3) 40, Activation Fee, 4) 40 Programming Fee On-Site in each city, Motorola or equal to compatible system.
