The order will provide the services and materials necessary for support equipment in support of the Airborne Command Post (ABNCP) Modification to the E-6 Aircraft. This order will be issued on a sole source basis to CTAS, the only source with the pre-requisite knowledge and experience in the design and development of the ABNCP modification. (0293)
