This modification will incorporate an Engineering Change Proposal for the integration and installation of two LST-5 series VOSAT systems with KY-58 capability into the DAISS System under the E-6B Aircraft. This modification will be issued on a sole source basis to Raytheon, the sole designer and developer of the DAISS System. (0293)
